HG Cricket Development is run by former Surrey CCC and Hampshire CCC representative Howard Grice. Howard and his team have worked with thousands of cricketers over the years from beginners to first-class and international players. The experience gained through playing with and against some of the world’s best cricketers as well working with some of the finest coaches in the game has allowed the team to develop coaching programmes for a variety of junior and senior players.

As well as the various training programmes on offer, HG Cricket Development has links with a number of first-class counties. These links allow the best young players who pass through the various HGCD training programmes to receive recommendations to local county cricket clubs.
