Coaching Programmes
1:1 Coaching
HG Cricket Development provide 1:1 coaching sessions for both junior and senior cricketers. These sessions are tailored to the individual often with a focus on the technical, tactical and psychological areas of the game. 1:1 coaching sessions are a great way of addressing specific areas of the game that cannot be addressed in a larger group environment.
Small Group Coaching
Small group sessions are available for groups of cricketers who would like to train together and in a more focused environment. These sessions are great for team-mates who would like to work on specific areas of their game in addition to their club or school training sessions.
Club and School Coaching
HG Cricket Development run coaching sessions for clubs and schools in the Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and London areas. We have developed and delivered successful coaching programmes for a variety of clubs and schools including:

Teacher / Coach Training Days (Inset)
Teacher and Coach Training Days are available for schools and clubs who would like to provide their staff with up-to-date coaching ideas for their sessions. HGCD provide a variety of drills and games that can be implemented in club and school coaching programmes to keep them both fun and beneficial for all players.
Master Classes
HGCD deliver Master Classes for clubs, schools, county and national boards. These sessions focus on specific areas and skill sets. For example:
Batting against spin
T20 bowling
Playing the short ball
Fielding
Holiday Courses
Holiday courses are aimed at the young cricketer hoping to improve their performances at age-group level. The courses focus on improving cricketing skills through drills, games, net sessions and matches whilst maintaining and fun and enjoyable environment.
