Howard Grice.

Howard represented Surrey CCC and Hampshire CCC at 2nd XI level before becoming a professional cricket coach. Over the past 20 years, he has worked with thousands of cricketers from beginner to county and international representatives helping each individual reach their potential. In addition to working in a 1:1 environment, Howard has also coached a number of teams at both junior and senior level.

Ed Young.

Ed is a vastly experienced coach having worked with schools, clubs and in a 1:1 environment for a number of years. Before his coaching career began, Ed was a professional cricketer for Gloucestershire CCC playing alongside the likes of Muttiah Muralitharan and Kane Williamson. Through his time as a professional cricketer, Ed is able to pass on some of the techniques used by the world’s best players to the cricketers he now coaches.

Olly Tapp.

Olly has coached in the professional game with the Wellington Firebirds in New Zealand and Northamptonshire CCC here in England. During his time with these sides along with his MCCU roles, Olly worked with the likes of Michael Bracewell, Devon Conway and James Bracey.

Olly has also helped many young cricketers with their development through his time as Head Coach of Guernsey as well as various roles in the school, university and the county pathway system.
